Glimpse Access - Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Glimpse Access (the “Service”).
By accessing, streaming, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Geographic Viewing & VPN Restrictions
1.1. All content provided through the Service is licensed only for viewing within Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales).
1.2. The use of VPNs (Virtual Private Networks), proxies, location-altering systems, or similar technologies to access the Services from outside Great Britain is strictly prohibited.
1.3. We reserve the right to block access, pursue legal action, and permanently deny service to users found bypassing geographic restrictions.

2. Prohibited Copying, Recording & Downloading
2.1. All streamed or live content is protected by copyright law.
2.2. Screen recording, video recording, saving, downloading, copying, retransmitting, rebroadcasting, or distributing the content in any form is strictly prohibited.
2.3. Any such actions constitute copyright infringement and may result in:
Permanent banning or blacklisting from the platform;
Financial damages claims;
Referral to law enforcement and possible criminal charges.

3. Age Ratings & Live Programming Warning
3.1. Content available on the platform is intended to be suitable for a broad audience and may include mature themes.
3.2. When available, age guidance or rating information will be displayed before a program begins.
3.3. Live programming may not always carry ratings and may include content not suitable for all viewers.
3.4. By using the platform, you agree to waive the right to bring claims or lawsuits against the Service relating to age ratings, live content suitability, viewer discretion, or exposure to sensitive material.

4. Dispute Resolution Requirement
4.1. If you experience an issue or believe you have a personal claim against the Service, you agree to contact the platform directly and attempt to resolve the issue before pursuing any legal action.
4.2. Only if resolution is not possible directly may you pursue legal action in a court.

5. Legal Jurisdiction
5.1. By using the Service, you agree that any lawsuit or legal claim filed against the Service must be brought exclusively in a court located within the Greater London Boundary, in the Country of England.
5.2. You further agree that English law governs these Terms.

6. Privacy & User Data
6.1. The platform does not require user accounts, and therefore no personal account information is collected or stored.
6.2. No personal user data can be provided to any user because such data is not stored.
6.3. The only identifiable information collected is IP address, which is used solely to:
Identify whether the user is accessing the service from within Great Britain;

Enforce geographic licensing restrictions and compliance.
6.4. IP data processing complies with applicable UK data laws and regulations.



7. Agreement to Terms
7.1. By accessing, streaming, or using the Service in any way, you automatically agree to these Terms.
7.2. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms
The Service reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time.
Continued use following updates constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
